OLSH Cross Country Training Camp - This camp will incorporate leg and hip strengthening along with speed development using running bands and some light weight lifting. Hill training and downhill running techniques will be introduced. Taking place Monday, June 25 through Thursday, June 28 from 8:00 to 10:15 am, campers will train with the OLSH cross country team and receive advice from OLSH head cross country coach, James Hamilton.
