2025 Team Registration

1. Due Februaty 14 - Use the online Team Data Sheet to register your teams and to submit information on the school, coaches, gym location, etc. for your teams.
2. Due Februaty 14 - Submit the Home Date Availability (PDF) form (Home Date Availability form in Excel format)
3. Due March 23 - Submit the Player Eligibility Roster (PDF) listing the eligible players for a team (Player Eligibility Roster in Microsoft Word format) .
4. Due April 14 - Submit your League Fees. If not received there will be a $25 assessed fee. If not paid, games will be forfeited until paid.
