League Notices

Playoffs

The Girl's Varsity and JV playoffs began on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The 1st and 2nd rounds are being played at the team’s home courts as outlined on the brackets under Playoff Overview. We update the brackets as we are informed about a scheduled game, and we update them with the results once the games are completed.

Tournaments

Sts Peter & Paul Len Tepsic 25th Annual JJV Basketball Tournament - March 3-9: Girls and Boys divisions; Rosters can consist of 4th grade and below; Each team is guaranteed three (3) games; Registration: $150 first team, $125 second team (from same school), $100 third team (from same school); Team Trophy and Medals for 1st and 2nd place teams in each division; Food, music and raffles! Player introductions and fabulous concessions! Mother of Mercy Academy will be holding their 2nd Annual MMA Madness Tournament for all 3rd/4th grade developmental teams. The tournament will include a 3 game minimum for both boys and girls teams. We’re thrilled to invite you to the Rocket Girls Basketball Tournament this winter! Mark your calendars for February 28 - March 2, 2025; Register HERE; Tournament Details: Girls in grades 2-8 (A & B divisions), Open to single-community teams (no AAU teams), PA State Qualifier, 3-game guarantee; Reduced entry fee from last year! $10 Weekend PassEntry Fee; $275 per team; Discount for organizations with 3+ teams: $225 per team; 2nd Grade teams: $250 (or $200 if 3+ teams from the same organization); Admission Fee: Only $10 for the entire weekend! (18+ only). This year, get a bracelet for full access all weekend for $10 or $7 dollars per day; Divisions: Competitive and Developmental levels available for all teams, from 2nd grade through 8th grade. 2nd, 7th and 8th grade will need to ensure we have enough teams for Competitive and developmental; Register today to secure your spot and be part of this exciting event. North Pittsburgh Summer Shootout - June 23 to July 17; Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays; Boys and girls grades 1-5; Bring your own basketballs; 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Held at North Park Basketball Courts; $75 per player ($50 for each additional sibling); Includes t-shirts; The North Pittsburgh Summer Shootout is designed to help boys and girls learn and enjoy the game of Basketball. Developmental (JJV) Tournaments

Summer Leagues

North Pittsburgh Summer League- Boys and girls Grade 6,7,8 (based on August 2025); Teams will be selected on June 19 and the teams will be balanced with players from each grade. Schedule and rain make-up will be announced after the selection of teams. Held at North Park Basketball Courts; $100 per player ($75 for each additional sibling); Games will be played in the afternoons between 12pm-3pm on Mon-Thurs starting June 23 to Aug 8; Days and times are subject to change depending on numbers. Tryouts

Basketball Stars of America, the AAU leader in Western PA, will be holding its 2025 Spring AAU Basketball Tryouts for Boys and Girls in 1st to 12th Grade throughout January, February and March at locations in Wexford, Gibsonia, Canonsburg, Bethel Park, Robinson Township and Monroeville, as well as in Beaver County; Spring In House Leagues as well as Weeknight and Weekend Skills Basketball Programs are also offered! Workouts

Basketball Skills Training - If your son or daughter wants to improve his/her basketball skills, I can help them reach their goals. I have over 25 years of basketball coaching experience in addition to approximately 10 years of experience in individual and small group basketball training.
